Payment: We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Pay Pal, money order or check. Checks must clear before shipment. All regular stock orders are billed at the time they are placed. “Pre-orders “are billed when they are shipped.
PayPal - We will happily accept PayPal payments for orders but with certain restrictions imposed by the PayPal 'Terms of Service Agreement.
PayPal Restrictions: Due to PayPal terms of service requirements, we can ONLY SHIP PayPal orders to your CONFIRMED address. Orders placed that do not have a confirmed address will be canceled. PayPal rules enables us to get authorization for one payment only, and thus, one shipment per order that is funded through PayPal. Back ordered items will be billed at the time of your original shipment and will ship later at no additional charge once available again. All PayPal orders will be charged in advance no matter when they are shipping as PayPal requires us to capture your payment within 3 business days from the time you place your order.
Hours of Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST.
Operation: Orders may also be faxed (703-462-9127) or placed on our website 24 hrs a day.
Shipping: We normally ship everything within 48 hours after we receive your order. Orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground with shipping charges based on order size.
Backorders: If we are out of stock on an item we will automatically create a backorder.
If you would like us to hold your order and ship complete please place a comment in the ‘Special Instructions’ section on your web order. Backorders will be shipped at our expense as soon as product becomes available. Customers can cancel a backorder and receive credit at anytime.
What is a Pre-Order? It is an item that has not been released yet. We allow you to pre-book this item and we will bill and ship when it has been manufactured and is in-stock. Please note that expected release dates can be delayed or changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-orders: Pre-orders should be placed as separate orders and contain no regular stock products. Our website will not allow you to mix regular and pre-order products. Pre-Orders can be placed online using the “Pre-Order Button” on the Home page. They can also be mailed or faxed so long as they are separate. We will bill and ship them as they are manufactured and in-stock. If one or more of the items is not in stock we automatically create a backorder and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Backorders are shipped at our expense. If you do would like us to hold your order and ship complete please place a comment in the ‘Special Instructions’ section on your web order. Regular orders and pre-orders qualify separately for shipping rates on the initial orders.
Although we strive to have plenty of stock in our ‘New Releases’ they have the potential of temporarily selling out. We will fill all pre-orders for ‘New Releases’ on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you are paying by Visa, MasterCard or Discover directly, we do NOT charge your credit card for your pre-order until your per -order is ready to ship.
NOTE: If you pay by PayPal, your payment for a pre-order is immediately processed through PayPal because we must capture payment within 3 business days of your placing the order. That is how PayPal works and we have no control over their business rules.

Returns: New and unused merchandise may be exchanged or refunded within 90 days of shipping. It must be in original condition and appear in our current catalog. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except damaged or defective products. All returns must first be requested via e-mail at sales@justritestampers.com and issued a Return Request Number. Returned item(s) must be received within 10 days after the Return Request Number is issued.
